I used Daniel and Redwood chartered surveyors for a survey on a property with an unconventional layout. From the beginning the communication was excellent, the report was excellent and the after service was brilliant. Daniel was more than happy to discuss any issues and at no time did I feel rushed . Would recommend highly.

From first contact, they were very responsive. Pricing was clear and easy to understand. The report was very detailed but crucially I had a voicemail with the overall opinion within 24 hours of the survey.

Excellent survey, easy to arrange and the report turnaround time was quick. Followed up with a call to help put my mind at ease on a few issues which was really appreciated.

Recently instructed Dan for a Level 3 survey. The whole process was so smooth, Hannah was extremely helpful, the survey was a really reasonable price. Responses from Dan and Hannah were always prompt - the report was very detailed and explained everything in simple terms. Dan was also really helpful with any follow up questions.
