GREAT customer service
GREAT customer service. Only 4 stars because the initial product came defective. BUT - Reef Telecom stepped up and was quick to send a replacement and followed up to make sure my issue was resolved. Let's face it - problems with products will happen from time to time so it's great to know that Reef Telecom will do what they need to do to make things right... 5 Stars for Service!!!

Sounds great!
The headsets are great! We really like having the different attachments to be able to switch them from day to day. You can hear clearly even when walking around the office.
