Reel has had a massive impact on my professional life, I grew as a designer -obviously- but also as a person, I learned how to work in a very fast-paced environment, multiple time zones, and talk to managers/stakeholders on a daily basis, so work in Reel it's been an incredible journey so far :)

First, please don't say this review isn't real like the other negative reviews. I got invited to their Slack channel and dashboard and received my first task. The deadline to design AND develop a landing page is within 24 hours without any branding, copy, images, or business requirements. Literally gives us nothing to work with, except two websites with inspiration.

They said to contact them through slack if we have any questions and it's been 4 hours so far without any response, so, it's not worth it.

Spammed my business, not remotely interested, irritating at best

I am now able to have my weekly content for my website and social media created for me without having to worry about it!

I told the team the set schedule I want (tweets, blogs, scripts) for every week and they just deliver on point, every single time.

After a week of work with the designers, I saw that they are just using Canva-like tools to create designs.
Most of the work I received looked like a kid's drawing.

I am not happy with the designs and the way the work was handled.

If you are in e-commerce for kids or pet stuff, the design may appear cute.
I would not recommend them for anything serious and professional.
