Update 9/4: 5 minutes after Trustpilot approved this review which is the same time I decided to lose it all and learn my lesson to NEVER hand a penny pre KYC, THEN they respond almost a week later. Review is staying up. Even though I take full accountability, they're 100% picking and choosing who to respond too regardless of your time being wasted which I had multiple redemptions lined up so I can take a break from gambling that took weeks building all this shit up, now I have to risk even more (edit: 30 minutes later I won $1200, good riddance). Don't care about peoples time nor circumstances, don't care about leaving a shit review. Very fair.
My last time putting money on any of these sister sites. Good dailies/giveaways but dogshit hard to win anything and when you do of course they take ages for kyc when smaller casinos are instant via Sumsub, y'all aren't the FBI. The icing on top is my support ticket which obviously they didn't respond but in their statement "if you don't hear back from us in 7 days" they're literally admitting you're gonna wait ages.

Don't waste your time and check the reviews. I signed up and was about to play the 20 free spins promo. I hit the spin button and it said my 20 free plays were complete. Then when I requested to have my account closed it wants a picture of my ID front and back and me holding my ID or it won't close my account. That's a little fishy to me don't waste your time is a definite scam.

The welcome package was very nice. Of course winning makes the experience great but I do love the layout and it's very similar to it's sister sites such as Sportzino and WinBonanza which are both in my top 10 sweeps casinos. Verification was quick and once verified approval was quick, about 3 days with funds supposed to hit within 5 business days but I bet will hit sooner. I really like this casino and will continue to play it!!

I just said just the regular plain old packages that they would have if you've been there forever, which is extremely frustrating because what's the point of even trying to make a purchase?
