I want to share my experience with Reflect Window & Door
Employment Issue:
I was hired by Reflect Window & Door and worked for three weeks. After joining, I was asked about my immigration status and told that the job was only for permanent residents. I hold an open work permit, which legally allows me to work in Canada, yet my employment was terminated solely because I do not have permanent residency. This treatment was unfair and discriminatory.
Service and Product Concerns:
During my time at the company, I observed serious quality issues with Perfect Window, including the use of substandard materials, poor installation , and in some cases broken or defective windows being installed in customers’ homes.
Employee Concerns:
I also want to specifically warn about employees John Larson and Chase Yaremchuk, whose behavior and work were unprofessional and contributed to the poor service quality.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Reflect Window & Door or employment or services. Customers should exercise caution, and I hope this feedback helps prevent others from experiencing the same issues.

Even from the US THEY can help!
I'm in the US and needed a specific item for repair of various folding door (a nylon cap). Initially, I had bought the wrong size but Theresa was able to find the right cap once I sent back the wrong ones and an example rod that the caps fit onto.
