Reflect approved my return and provided their Edmonton address. I shipped the package exactly as instructed. When it arrived in Canada, UPS required the recipient to assign a customs broker for clearance. UPS confirmed this step could only be completed by the importer in Canada.

I forwarded this information to Reflect multiple times. They did not assign a broker, and the shipment remained on hold until UPS marked it as refused by the receiver and returned it to me. UPS then billed me over $100 in return and brokerage charges as a result of the refusal.

All communication with Reflect during this process was slow and did not resolve the issue. The return was approved but could not be completed because they did not provide the required customs participation on their side.

the product I ordered fit like a glove making that super expencive shiping almost tollarable.

First ordered window screen frame with lip. Then ordered the corners. Was told products would be delivered in 7 to 10 days; received items in about 3 to 4 days. Items were as ordered. Live in Hawaii and this company is in Canada(?). Was surprised at delivery expediency. Ordered similar items from amazon supplier dk hardware in florida. It is now Nov 11th, the item has not yet arrived. It has been shipped usps. I believe Reflect Window .. shipped Fedex or ups. Have been pleased with Reflect Window.. service and efficiency.

Order was processed quickly. Shipping was $10 more than the 2 latch parts. Expen$ive. Neither part fit. Sent it back in a padded envelope and $1.96 postage (my shipping cost $4.90 total, rather than the $30 via courier). Was charged a 20% restocking fee. My original $60.96 purchase in total was refunded for a paltry $26.85. I took quite a hit on this order ...

They had the exact casement window jamb leaf seal that I needed.
I don't know why this product is only available in Black. I would think white or tan would match most windows.
The checkout was simple but I was not able to see images of my items, quantities and cost before I hit "Pay Now".
