Reflexology is the place to go.
I went to see Rebecca after my wife had been to see her,and I could see a improvement that Rebecca was having on my wife,so I decided to make a appointment as I was having trouble with my left foot. And noticed after the first treatment what a improvement she had started to make,after 4 visits my confidence had returned when I went walking. I would highly recommend Reflexology ie (Rebecca) you won't be disappointed.

Rebecca is intuitive and experienced
Rebecca is intuitive, knowledgable And experienced. She was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on in my body and help it to subtly shift. She also made helpful lifestyle recommendations to support her work. Highly recommended.

Rebecca was amazing and helped my bad…
Rebecca was amazing and helped my bad back and also to sleep better. She has also been working with my teenage daughter with her immunity and also bad back. Highly recommend.

Rebecca has massively helped me with all sorts of peri-menopausal aches and pains, particularly the after effects of a frozen shoulder. She is so knowledgeable, kind and caring and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Reflexology sessions
Rebecca explains the treatment and how it works and which part of the body she is working on. I not only found the treatment interesting but beneficial too. I presented with chronic sinus problems, a painful shoulder and fluid in my lower legs. I had six sessions which appears to have pretty cleared my problems but intend to have some maintenance sessions to ensure the symptoms don't return.
