They completed my annual gas service. They arrived in time, and they were polite, knowledgeable and they took time to check every single details carefully. I received the gas certificate as well. This company gives me a peace of mind every year, in addition , their prices are fair 🙌 Excellent all in all.

I had a fantastic experience with Refresh NI and would wholeheartedly recommend their services. When my gas supplier changed my meter, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the main supply, leaving me without heat, hot water, or a working gas hob.

Refresh NI promptly responded to my initial message, and they accommodated my schedule, even coming out on a Sunday during a bank holiday. The gas fitter arrived on time and performed a very professional job.

The costs were very reasonable, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend Refresh NI to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service.

I called Refresh NI for an electrician to come and put a heater fan in my bathroom, to put up an outside light and to wire my ring camera to my electric box. All of this work was done in half a day, the electrician was very professional, extremely tidy and I would no hesitation in recommending Refresh NI to my friends and family.

I was dubious about buying a fully electric car. Like everyone I had reservations about the infrastructure, emergency journeys, battery life etc. I decided to jump in and immediately felt stressed. I contacted several home charger providers and felt that I’d made the wrong decision. Then I contacted RefreshNI. They dealt with my request quickly, advised me on cable details, where I could put the charger, how many kilowatt’s it should be but more importantly the lead times were very quick. I had my installation yesterday, Ryan the installer was polite, professional, clean, helpful and honest. He helped me with the app and how to use the charger. My charger stress is now gone and I would definitely recommend this Company and their service levels!!

Guys were in and out in a day ,nothing was to small or too little ,came home to the house spotless ,the guys hoovered every room and put all the carpet back we're it was.good bunch of guys

My experience with RefreshNI is a troubled one. I was referred to them by Phoenix Gas at the beginning of 2023. I had oil heating for decades with no issues. The first issue was they left me with no heating for 11 days in January. The house was bitterly cold. I asked them for heaters but no joy. Then the brand new boiler started to play up. Today was the 4th time they have been called out in 14 months. 1.Water was flowing up and out the front downpipe! 2.Boiler was overheating and error code on the system. 3.The heating and hot water was not working I had no heating or hot water for days. 4. Heating was cutting in and out over and over again Very irritating. I'm ready to pull it out and start again. For what it cost me to install it should work appropriately. 4 Faults to date. Waiting on number 5 fault any day. For what I paid for this Worcester boiler system it should work seamlessly. Fed up with it.

Prompt service - insulation work carried out quickly and efficiently

After an initial mistake with a service in December, Ashlee one of the managers contacted me and sorted the problem out.
But as my boiler was nearly 20 years old, we decided to replace instead of repair it. i was concerned about doing that but within 3 days without water and heat, i had the boiler replaced and they even took some money off the price for me too. at one point we had a problem with the wifi thermostat but the next day they asked the rep from the manufacturer to call out, and all was fixed. nice one.

After having problems with my 15 year old boiler, I decided to replace with a new Ideal combi boiler from Refresh NI. I contacted them for an online quote at 9am on Monday morning, had a reply with full price breakdown within 20 minutes and decided on the boiler package I wanted. I have to say this company is very professional and efficient. They offered me a slot the very next day to fit my new boiler which was fantastic as I expected to wait a few weeks at least. The engineer Michael was lovely, he arrived on time and explained the whole process. My boiler was fitted and working within 3 - 4 hours and we are extremely happy with the work. The aftercare has been A* with fast communication from Bill and Pippa. I would definitely recommend Refresh to any one if you are thinking of a boiler upgrade. I will 100% stick with this company for my annual servicing as they are so reliable. These days it is so hard to get a good quality, reputable company that keep in touch and do the work to a very high standard. Thanks Refresh NI for all your help!

From day one very professional always kept us in the loop. In and out in a day very clean and tidy. Their aftersales is exceptional always get back to you quickly. Any issues are sorted ASAP. I would highly recommend this company, caring understanding and very professional.

RefreshNI replaced our old oil boiler with a new gas combi boiler under a grant scheme. From the initial survey in May to the installation in August and the whole process was very easy as they dealt with everything, keeping us updated at all times The blokes who carried out the actual installation were very good. They changed boiler, oil tank removed, site cleaned up, system working and controls explained to us all in a day. We would definitely recommend this company.

Refresh Energy recently did a conversation from oil to gas heating for me. They were professional from the start, work was fully completed in one day and they left the house clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The on-site Refresh team lead by Glen were first class and nothing was a problem. We were kept informed of their progress and finished ahead time. The standard of workmanship appeared high and I cannot praise them enough and can honestly say they are a credit to the firm.

As I was getting an old bathroom removed this company cut of the pipe work to radiator in bathroom now no plumber will touch it , having extremely difficult time getting anyone to fix this
