SCAM ALERT! Got a call from these people claiming they can recover my losses. First of all, how did they get my details? Second of all, they claim they are FCA regulated, have 4000+ happy customers, but no social media presence, no reviews, their .net website was created on the 14th of October '24 and their .legal website was created on the 20th of March '25. Highly doubt they served even a single person in that period of time. Moving on, at the bottom of their website they link to a certificate of incorporating a private company in the UK, which hardly constitutes any proof that they are regulated by the FCA, which after I checked I found out nothing about them there, so that was a lie as well. To top it all off, in the UK companies house, the Consulting LTD company which they claim is their parent company is having the status of dormant. Spoke with my lawyer about this and he said that by all accounts this looks like the standard refund scam where they tell you to pay 10% of whatever money they recover for you up front and then they disappear. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY COMMUNICATION WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SHAMELESS CROOKS AND LIARS!
