I was very wary about entrusting our corporate records to an unknown company. I talked the matter over with our corporate accountant about who to use for the ERT credit. They said that several of their clients had used RefundsPro and had been very satisfied. I contacted RefundsPro by email and received a call from a very helpful support person. We discussed the process and they sent me over the documents that were needed. Every step of the process was documented and went exactly as had been laid out for us. It took about six months from first contact to checks in hand. Each individual that I had contact with at RefundsPro was highly professional. They were easy to reach if I had questions.
