Excellent product, very confident in using this harness with my adult pocket bully, very smart design, and my dog has genuinely stopped pulling as much as he did, he's an obedient dog but, occasionally he would pull hard, not anymore, I can safely recommend this harness, also very quick to put on and take off literally 5 seconds, over the head, strap under belly and click, its on.

I bought 2 black and gold collars with personalised names the quality is amazing and great control for my GSD and Machine. I got matching Leads as well. I couldn’t be happier, fantastic quality and design.

I would strongly advise customers to be extremely careful before ordering an embroidered tactical collar from Regal Dog.

I ordered a Medium 5 cm tactical collar and paid an additional £8.99 to have my dog’s four-letter name embroidered on it. My dog’s neck measures 45 cm, which falls within Regal Dog’s advertised Medium range of 43–58 cm.

When the collar was correctly adjusted to fit my dog, the adjustment buckle slid directly over the embroidery and obscured her name. Rough material was also exposed against her neck rather than the comfortable padded lining advertised.

Regal Dog relies on a warning advising customers to size down when ordering personalisation. However, this warning is in small text and only appears at the point where customers enter their dog’s name, it is not prominently displayed on the main product page.

More importantly, it conflicts directly with Regal Dog’s extensive Collar Size Guide. Under the specific heading “Measuring for a tactical collar,” customers are instructed to purchase a size larger than their dog’s neck and to “pick the size up from that measurement.” A customer who sensibly reads the company’s dedicated sizing guide before ordering would reasonably believe that this is the correct advice to follow. Customers should not be given one instruction in the main sizing guide and the opposite instruction in small text within the personalisation section.

In my view, this information is contradictory and misleading. If the embroidery will be obscured when certain collar sizes are adjusted within their advertised ranges, this limitation should be made completely clear and prominent on the main product page before customers select a size or pay for personalisation. Ideally, incompatible combinations should not be available to purchase AT ALL.

I contacted Regal Dog within five days of receiving the collar, supplied photographs and measurements, explained the faults clearly and requested a refund. Their response was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I received a short email stating that this was their “final decision.” There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the problem and no offer of a refund, replacement, exchange, discount or any other gesture of goodwill.

This was not a change-of-mind return. The paid-for embroidery cannot be properly displayed when the collar is adjusted within its ADVERTISED size range, making the personalisation unusable.

I have since found customer reviews from 2024 and 2026 describing the same problem with the buckle covering the embroidered name. I do not understand how a company can receive complaints about this exact issue and continue selling the product two years later without correcting the design or providing customers with clear, consistent and prominent information.

I am now having to pursue the refund through my bank because Regal Dog refused to resolve the matter. The product was disappointing, but the dismissive customer service made the experience considerably worse. I would not use this company again.

I've paid a hell of alot more for similar collars an i have to say her Regal Dog collar is the best of them all .
She looks so beautiful in her grey collar as she's a Blue Amstaff Cross an it looks belting against her colouring .

Bought 3 of the harnesses for my jug and 2 frenchies and got them at a fab price (half price). They are well made and so easy to put on. I also bought the name patches and they too are good quality. Will definitely use Regal Dogs again!

Wie immer, beste Qualität und in einem super Preis-LeistungsVerhältnis. Für wirklich große Hunde ist es oft schwer stabile Geschirre oder schöne taktische Halsbänder zu finden, hier ist das kein Problem !
Nachdem der deutsche Zoll wohl ein Problem gefunden hatte ging das Geschirr zunächst zurück und wurde prompt wieder verschickt. Danke für die schnelle und problemlose Hilfe !!

Beautiful blue collar with his name embroided in gold thread on it. All so a handle on the collar making it easier to control him with beautiful gold buckle and lead ring. The delivery time was very quick and the quality of my personalised dog collar is excellent.
