Fast, helpful and trustworthy service. Really amazing at helping with all matters.

Still waiting on my items and a response to my emails. Almost a month now.

Good sides:
I like gear that i received. Very fast delivery.

Bad sides:
Gas mask was very dusty inside, it was not cleaned before shipment. I had to use alcohol to clean it properly. A small torn of rubber inside, not cool, but is does not effect functionality.
Rubber collar was also covered in dust and on both sides there were covered in marks for cutting another collar. I couldn't get rid of all marks. Also rubber of collar smells burnt as very cheap rubber. Like it was made of used tire.

Despite the requested items showing as being in stock - they weren't able to be despatched for a week. The same day desoatch if ordered by 12 clearly doesn't stand
I only found out I was t to receive my items after chasing up when they went part my etc
Staff member was not prepared to help - stating that the shop was unable to post items
I went to another site and bought the same items cheaper and they arrived the next day

Very prompt and excellent service. The good were delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.

Service was good, helpful, and polite.
However, I had a problem with an item that had a price tag that was lower than the price I was charged. There was no problem with adjusting the price and giving me a refund (a store credit would have been fine as well), but since I had been issued a tax-free receipt/form, giving the refund was a little more complicated. It was not possible to do the refund at the time, but I was promised the amount (about £15-20) would be credited to my credit card within a few days. It never was.

Needed some new snaps fitted to two shirts. Placing the order via website was easy and received quote within 24 hours. Took shirts into the store and within a couple of weeks they were ready. Got email with pic showing options for replacement snaps before the work started so could choose which type to go for.

Have purchased custom made shirts from Regulation before and been impressed with quality and service.

Great service. I received face to face advice in the store to help me to choose the style and size that I wanted, as well as aftercare advice. The products then arrived a lot quicker than expected. They are of excellant quality, and fit really well.

They provide a good range of products at fairly reasonable prices in most cases.
