Regus is a lousy company and I will never do business with them again.
I'm writing this review as a warning to others after being a paying customer of Regus for 3 years. My experience was an unmitigated disaster, marred by subpar services, blatant disregard for customers, and what felt like discriminatory treatment. As a minority, I noticed glaring disparities in access and treatment compared to other customers. A particularly egregious incident occurred when I was unable to access the office building in an emergency situation on a Sunday due to a non-functional access card, which was especially problematic as I had critical server issues that needed urgent attention.
What's more concerning is that I observed other customers, predominantly white, seemed to have uninterrupted access, leaving me to wonder if Regus reserves its substandard treatment for minority customers.
To add insult to injury, when I moved out, Regus sent me an invoice for an 'office restoration fee' during the month I was finalizing my departure, seemingly as a ploy to withhold my security deposit. This after 3 years of loyalty and payment is nothing short of extortionate.
Let me be crystal clear: I will NEVER do business with Regus again. What angers me most is the unfair treatment I received as a minority customer. It's disheartening to feel like I was targeted and disrespected because of my background. Regus's actions not only cost me financially but also left a sour taste of injustice. I urge others, especially those from marginalized communities, to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Regus. Their practices are a stark reminder of the systemic issues that still plague our society.

We take allegations of discrimination extremely seriously. As a global company operating in more than 100 countries, we are proud of the diversity within our teams and are firmly committed to treating every customer with fairness, respect, and professionalism.
After a thorough review, we found no evidence to support your claims.
The access issue you experienced on your departure day was due to a technical fault with your card—not discrimination. Had this been raised earlier, it would have been resolved immediately.
Our restoration service is provided to all customers as part of their agreement terms. It’s designed to save you time and avoid the need for external vendors. Your office was fully prepared and operational when you moved in, and this service has no impact on your retainer refund.
Throughout your time with us, your centre team has supported you consistently and do not understand why you would feel disrespected. They remain available should you have any further concerns.
