SHADY Contracts and No Cancellations....
Make sure that you read their SHADY CONTRACTS!!!! This is not a business that I would EVER recommend or want to do business with. I signed up for a virtual office space and within days, I emailed to cancel as I did not need the service I was told that they would not let me out of my contract and that I needed to make every payment for 2 years or they would report me to the credit bureaus. I was like really? You guys can't lease this space to anyone else?? I was perfectly fine in paying for a couple of months or a fee for canceling but 2 years was not fair. Normal legitimate businesses all have cancellation policies for customers. This is a very shady company that binds customers into bad contracts and they will threaten you for their monthly payment. I've been paying for this office space for 2 years now and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We certainly do not have any ‘SHADY Contracts and No Cancellations’ as we ensure that any concern is clarified before an agreement is signed. Your comments are therefore very unfair.
You signed a 24-month agreement with a preferential monthly fee.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its terms and notice period.
We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements. Some advanced warning is necessary; thus, your current agreement will expire on its end date, as stated on the front page.
Your centre team is your main point of contact and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.
