Lina Front Desk is great

I had a very positive experience overall. From the beginning, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. They took the time to understand my needs and made sure everything was handled efficiently and clearly.

What stood out the most was the level of customer service. Communication was consistent, questions were answered promptly, and I always felt supported throughout the process. The environment was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly without unnecessary delays.

Excellent customer service, great location, clean facilities. Walls are a little thin and the conversations of the people on the office next to ours were too invasive at times.

In first place I would say the staff. They make everything possible in order to support Regus customers. They very professional and polite. Second, the facilities are always ready and appropiate to give the best service and image.

Is too cold, artic cold in some suites.
Since the review that I wrote about the temperature in my suite, the regional and local staff have taken all necessary measures to remedy the situation. I would like to recognize their efforts and professionalism in resolving the issue.

The starting process was simple, however, the payment process is a bit confusing, as they charge two months in advance, take your time from the get-go to ask questions so you can have it clear. Play with the website so you can get familiar. Set up automatic payments, they give a long grace period to make payments so it could be very easy to forget. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, great customer service.

I have been with Regus for the past 4 years. So far my experience with Regus has been outstanding. The staff(Maria Andrea and Denise) are so helpful and pleasant. It's always a pleasure to interact with people who are willing to go the extra mile and create a positive atmosphere.
