Not a good first experience

Not a good first time using one of the Regus meeting rooms as a guest (one-off) user.
The four-person room was cold, very small, windowless and completely plain (soulless). VERY expensive for what it was (just a table with four chairs, nothing else) and not a pleasant environment to meet in.
The contactless card we were given to get beverages we'd pre-paid for didn't work with the coffee machine and the receptionist was unable to get a replacement card. Tried to get a refund for the lack of beverages, but Regus seem to have no process for that and no email for me to use either.
Cannot reccomend them based on this poor experience.

Hi Steve, thanks for getting in touch.
I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment. You booked the most economically priced meeting room in the centre and whilst it may not have met your expectations we haven’t received any similar complaints; there are other meeting rooms within the centre and had you could’ve discussed your options with the centre team had you made your feelings known.
Your reservation was early on a Monday morning and after being closed for the weekend it can take a little time for the temperature to rise to normal levels. Our centre team were aware and provided you with a portable heater to make you comfortable.
The coffee card has been used since your booking with no issues so I can only apologise for the difficulty you had; to acknowledge this we have credited the beverage charge and please remember you were also provided with tea-bags and were able to make use of the kitchen area.

Customer Service Nightmare - A Masterclass in Ignorance

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the customer service team at Regus, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From start to finish, the level of ignorance displayed by their IT and Accounts representatives was truly astonishing.

The ignorance reached its peak when I asked a specific question about a billing discrepancy. Instead of addressing my concern and crediting back for wrong invoicing they keep charging since Aug-23 to Jan-24 and not refunded till date.

Regus Hemel Hempstead location is quite…

Regus Hemel Hempstead location is quite good and building also looks good but maintenance is very bad and no parking space available enough for all offices. Its quite expensive and not value for money.
