Regus are crooks
Regus are crooks! Be very careful renting from them. We moved out of our office at the end of January and still haven't gotten our deposit back 7 months later. They have given us The Most Creative and RIDICULOUS excuses for not returning our deposit. There is always a "technicality" and they have to start the process over and we need to wait 30 days. This is becoming ludicrous. These people are unreal. Please stay far far away from them.

We understand how important your return of retainer is, and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
Due to an unforeseen issue with your payment, it will have to be rerun, which has caused this delay.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. A member of our team has already been in contact with you regarding this matter. Once we reprocess your refund, you will receive a correspondence letting you know that the payment was processed successfully.

Great Service, but Some Areas Need Improvement
The staff were very helpful and attentive, which really made my experience enjoyable. They were quick to respond to any questions or needs I had, making the overall service excellent.
Overall, the company is doing a great job in providing good service and maintaining a positive environment. The staff are professional, and the facilities generally meet expectations.
There are just a few areas that could use some attention:
1. The microwave could be cleaned or maintained more frequently.
2. The prayer room could be more organized, especially the list on the wall.
3. The window near the shoe rack could use some cleaning.
4. It would also be great if the area underneath the sofa could be cleaned more regularly.
5. The printing feature via the app is not running well, and the app often logs out, requiring constant re-login.
These small improvements would enhance the overall experience even more.
