I feel it is important to clarify that my original review was based on the actual experience I have had.
The issue was not simply that I “signed two agreements.” I was initially moved because the original office I rented had been double booked by Regus. I was then asked to sign a manual agreement for a temporary office, before later being told on 16 April that I needed to sign a new automated agreement instead.
Immediately after doing so, five separate payments totalling £1,849.20 were taken from my account in error.
While I appreciate that an apology was given and that I was informed a refund had been initiated, over two weeks later I am still waiting for the funds to be returned. During this period, communication has been extremely limited, despite repeated follow-ups from me.

It is disappointing to see you post online although we are assisting you proactively on this matter.
Our salesperson sent you two agreements to provide maximum options, and you signed both.
We already removed the one you no longer wanted and a refund has been initiated to you, as already informed to you by our team member.
A refund has been initiated to you however this was unsuccessful since you have already raised a chargeback dispute with your bank. To process the refund, we kindly advise you to drop the chargeback dispute and confirm it with our team member who has been assisting you on this.
