I have been a tenant for the past 9 yrs. The location has been perfect for me. The reception area managed by Marina had always been welcoming. Help is always at hand when needed

Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They are very approachable and will always go the extra mile to help. Very peaceful atmosphere to work in and always a pleasant experience.

This is one of the worst company you can ever go to. Wrongly sold contracts, added cost with no explanation or agreement

This is so frustrating, once you with them they are treating you like you do not exist. I personally called 10+ times to there customer service team which consisted 3 female team member (in Liverpool), my god I have explained my situation to them once a while they pick up phone and they say we will reach you back again no answers.

I think UK Tranding Standards should make some time to check how this company operated and is it correct way to scam customers ?

Please if someone is seeing this, do not ever join in, you will regret to your last breath,

You're clearly frustrated and I'm sorry about this but I'm confused by your comments.
Whilst our centre teams are reachable by phone and you can raise a query via the 'Help' section of your online account (myregus.com), we do not provide a dedicated customer service line.
I'd like to know more about this but haven't been able to identify your Regus account with the information you provided.

A perfect working solution.

I found my perfect working solution at Regus, with the added bonus of having a private secured office for my consultancy service, a friendly professional reception and security team and very helpful office and building managers. Such a great value for money. I will definitely recommend Regus to any business looking for a professional working space.

Broom closet meeting room

We expected a decent meeting room for four people but had to fit in a small storage room with a small round coffee table, dirty walls, no monitor, uncomfortable chairs, so hot we had to undess to tshirts. We asked to the temp to be lowered but didn't happen. Could not fit all our laptops on table, when one tried to show his screen difficult/impossible to get behing him to look it was so small room. Refreshments bad, lunch overpriced for what it was. I feel being conned.

31 3 2025: Thank you for you reply. Fyi I took some photos which I shared in google review as I didn't find a way to upload here. And yes we did drink all the water and I also took home the dry bisquits with from the small bowl - will you send a bill for those?

To be fair the coffee machine worked well, good quality hot drinks was on offer.

As the world’s largest flexible workspace provider, we are confident in the product and services that we provide to customers. Your comments deserve defending.
We provided you with the room that you had booked online where you choose the workspace, including the number of occupants. No specifics requirements such as a monitor were provided at the time or else we could have provided them to you. When you asked for the temperature to be reduced, our centre team are confident that they did it for you and you confirmed you were comfortable.
Your chosen centre was fully occupied on the day of your visit, so we were unable to provide you with an alternative. Upon your departure, we noticed that the large majority of refreshments were consumed so your comments are surprising.
The centre team have contacted you again to assist with this and any other pending concerns. We hope to welcome you back for a second opportunity in the future.

They are thieves!

They are thieves!
Scammed us out of £500 to "clean" a 2x2 meters room!
Charges us £2000 deposits and did not tell us that aside from submitting end of tenancy, we need to click a random button on the app or you don't get your deposit back.
THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS COMPANY I have ever seen. Stay away

I sincerely apologise if any costs came as a surprise to you. Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
I apologise if either of these weren’t clearly communicated to you but they’re detailed in the terms of your agreement.
Please note that you can review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time using your online account by logging on to myregus.com. It is here that you must also request your retainer refund which must be requested as an additional security measure; also explained within your agreement.
My team have contacted you now to clarify once again. Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.

My company Contractor Bureau Limited has a registered office at 16 Upper Woburn Place, Euston, London, WC1H 0AF. Ever since, I signed up I’ve only received a first class service from the main receptionist desk to all employees I encountered when booking meeting rooms for scheduled meetings. I would highly recommend Regus Woburn Place, to future clients as they are brilliant from top to bottom. Easily 10 out of 10.
