The chaps that run the office are great. Very helpful.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
We arrived 10 minutes prior to our allotted timeslot & had to wait a further 25 minutes as no one bothered to turn up and let us in until late.
We were advised we'd be refunded for the tea's & coffee's for lateness which we accepted.
I had paid for the booking when I actually booked, this was a week prior to the event date.
A week after the event date I receive an email stating we owe money for late payment, even though I paid in advance!
I have tried phoning & emailing I can't even remember how many times it's been that many to no avail, the customer service is the worst i've ever dealt with.
Not only have they not refunded us like promised, but charged us extra!! Unfortunately, as I didn't create an account with them, I'm unable to speak with someone online through their website.
I will never book through Regus again & urge others to seek offices/meeting rooms elsewhere!

Hi Natalie, I’m sorry to hear about this.
Unfortunately, our community associate was 10 minutes late on the day of your meeting and regardless of the reason we understand that this caused you an inconvenience and we extend our sincere apologies for this.
It’s apparent there was a miscommunication regarding the beverage costs, and we have now credited and refunded this charge.
We have also credited the late payment fee as this was beyond your control but it’s important for us to clarify that we do not take payment at the time of booking.
A payment card is necessary to make the reservation, but it is not charged until the booking has been completed.
