Regus - NC, Cary - 15000 Weston Parkway Opiniões 

After 2 years of renting office space at the Morrisville,NC facility, I followed my contractual obligation to notify them via the onsite admin as well as the app 30 days in advance of my March 31st end date.
As of May 1st they had not processed the requested refund and there is no person to contact in billing or finance, you are only instructed to submit a ticket. After almost a dozen emails as of May 22nd there is still no refund.
Their business practices are questionable, termination is a nightmare and they seek every opportunity to price gouge if the contract gets renewed.
My advice is shop around, and if you can find an alternate provider use them instead of Regus, I would never lease space from them again.

The deposit issue was resolved successfully by the customer service team which was a pleasant surprise in their attention and responsiveness throughout this process. Overall I would give the company high marks on the overall office experience, location availability and access but support needs some improvements.

Reserved meeting room for 5, space was very small for the # of people.

I love the flexibility and cost of a Regus office. This is a great location. The office is spacious and affordable and there are flex spaces you can use as well. Leoke, the manager, makes everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. I recommend Regus and this office location.
