A Five-Star Experience at Regus
A company recently booked a room at Regus for a soft skills training session, and I arrived a little early, not knowing what to expect.
I was immediately greeted by Kentrell, who had one of the most welcoming personalities I've experienced. He asked if he could help, and when I told him I wasn't sure if I was in the right place, I gave him my name. He quickly looked me up, smiled, and said, "You're in the right place." He then invited me to have a seat while he made sure our room was ready.
When he realized the original room didn't have everything I needed for my presentation, he proactively moved us to another room that better fit our needs. Throughout the day, he checked in to make sure the client and I had everything we needed and let us know he was available if anything came up.
After lunch, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room. When Kentrell returned from his lunch break, he was happy to help us get back in and made the situation completely stress-free.
What stood out most was the level of hospitality. I honestly felt like I was at a four-star restaurant rather than a meeting space. Kentrell anticipated our needs, made us feel welcomed, and provided exceptional service from start to finish.
I highly recommend using Regus for your meeting and training needs—not only because of the comfortable atmosphere, but especially because of the outstanding customer service provided by Kentrell. He truly made our experience exceptional.

Premium location and affordable rates
Great location and affordable rates, but not entirely transparent about some costs. It wasn't clear that coffee would be an extra charge. Aside from that, my experience has been positive. Parking is convenient, the ice machines are excellent, and the front desk staff at Town Square are fantastic.
