Hi Nathan, I'm sorry you feel this way.
I assure you that we are committed to the highest standards of integrity, openness, and professionalism, and would never knowingly provide inaccurate information.
There seems to have been a breakdown in communication somewhere along the way as your expectations exceeded what was explained to you.
Yes, you can use our address on your website but we cannot control what Google allow when requesting to pin a location.
Your package allows you to transfer calls to up to three phone numbers but it later transpired that you wanted five.
The Incoming call policy was also discussed, but it wasn't until later that you expressed disappointment with the free allowance.   
We truly value your business and are sorry for the confusion but there was certainly no intent to mislead you.

Hi Lorraine,
I’m very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regus does not condone any form of intimidation or inappropriate conduct. We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, openness, and professionalism, and we take your concerns very seriously.
Upon checking with the relevant team, we understand that your main concern relates to the additional office fee that has been communicated to you. With regards to the concerns raised, during the initial opening period, some of our offices experienced delays in air-conditioning installation. During this time, affected customers, including yourself, were offered temporary alternative offices to minimise disruption. We understand that noise from ongoing works was also a concern, and in response, your centre team arranged a temporary relocation to a quieter, larger office.
Following the completion of the air-conditioning installation, customers were given the option to return to their original offices. However, you have chosen to remain in the larger office. As this office differs from your original agreement, the applicable charges reflect the correct rate for the upgraded space. These are not additional or unexpected fees, but standard adjustments based on the office type you have occupied.
While we regret that your experience has not met expectations, we must respectfully disagree with the characterisation of events as “bullying.” Our team has made consistent efforts to accommodate and support you throughout this period.
We remain open to resolving this matter constructively and encourage you to contact your centre team directly should you wish to discuss this further.
