Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Regus. I was given clear information before signing the contract, but after signing, I was told that the consent letter could not be provided under the agreed arrangement.

I tried to find a solution and provided several options, but the matter was unnecessarily delayed and was not resolved in a reasonable timeframe. This caused me significant inconvenience and delayed my plans.

I expected better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Regus.

Hi Osama,
I’m so sorry to hear about your disappointment.
I understand that you required a Letter of Consent from us to register your business and therefore signed a month-to-month agreement.
A minimum agreement term of six months is required for us to issue a Letter of Consent. We apologise that this requirement was not clearly communicated to you at the outset.
To address your concern, your agreement has now been amended to a six-month term. Please note that all outstanding invoices on your account must be settled before we can issue the Letter of Consent.
Please arrange payment of the outstanding balance at your earliest convenience so that we may proceed with issuing the Consent Letter.

I advise all potential customers to try…

I advise all potential customers to try and find a smaller more personable business centre that treats its clients with respect. Signing up with Regus at the Tower Business Centre in Swatar with I was treated with disresepect and was promised services that the centre unilaterally decided not to provide. The staff at the centre are arrogant and aggressive. Pretty typical of my overall experience of trying to do business in Malta, a place I will never visit as a result of this experience.
