I do not have a office for 23 days and counting
The exact location is 101 E Park Blvd Plano, Started looking for office on 6th floor in this building in July , finalized a big office shown owned by note art public (pillar in middle etc) liked the office and finalized/paid etc from September 1st , when reached prior to September first to check office, we found that wrong and small office was assigned
It's September 23rd 9:44PM , I do not have any office yet , have missed numerous meetings , I can't take too small of a office I did not agree for and was shown upon , I have couple of partners who visited premises with me to witness it , there is no escalation channel except a community manager who says she is trying her best to help

Poor customer service and overcharging for service
We have been a customer of Regus since 2016. In early 2023 we requested an upgrade in service from 5 days a month for a virtual office to unlimited days. We were quoted a price and were told that it could be effective 3-1-23. They have continued to bill us for both the original 5 day a month program and the unlimited program. Countless times we requested that the old 5 day program be cancelled. Regus now says we are locked into the old program until 4-1-24. We are paying well over $100 a month more than we were quoted when we asked for the upgrade in service.
