Regus Highly Recommended

Regus provides professional office set up, yet in a cozy and decorative atmosphere. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and readily available to service clients. Regus offers various flexible plans to choose from with reasonable pricing. The membership plan which allows usage of Regus' offices all over the world is especially smart and desirable.

We have a mail plan with Regus

We have a mail plan with Regus. There is no set time but whenever someone from our company goes to pick up mail, they have to wait. Why does 10 Four Seasons Place, ste. 1000 have 1 person working the front desk. There should always be a person at the front desk during business hours. It's so frustrating to have to return because that person is away, on lunch or dealing with a client.

Thanks for getting in touch, although I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be, and apologise if we haven’t provided you with the level of service that you expect and deserve from us.
You can find two persons at the front desk during the whole morning. Unfortunately, the rest of the time it is not busy enough to have a second full-time team member. In case this does not fit to you, your Community team is available to help you resolve any concerns and find other solutions.
