Poor customer service
The Bothell-Canuon Park West area is outdated. No orientation to office space or area. When they want you to sign and pay, there is quick and frequent communication. There were mistakes (dates) with the contract, and I had to sign multiple times, which caused confusion on the billing. When you try to go to another lounge for work, good luck. Since you don't have a key card for the other locations, someone at the desk has to see you, to open the door. If no one is there, you have to call, you may or may not get an answer. Frustrating.
I appreciate your help in getting concerns addressed even though my contract was over.

We have received great feedback about the quality of our service, and I apologise if you’ve experienced any inconvenience.
Our invoices are payable no later than the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account (myregus.com).
