Een fijne betrouwbare dienstverlening waarbij klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel staat. Vriendelijk en klantgericht. Als flexibele huurder zou het prettig zijn als er meer aandacht zou kunnen besteed aan de inrichting van de kamers waar je met twee personen zit. Vaak staan er twee of drie bureaus, wat de coaching setting niet aantrekkelijk maakt. Verder een prima dienstverlening.

We strive to ensure transparency in all our communications, including currency and pricing.
All service pricing is quoted in the local currency of the country where the service is provided, which will be stated in our communications and agreements. We understand how exchange rates can make services appear differently priced compared to other regions, but this varies by location and their current market conditions.
All our agreements can be ended provided they meet a specified notification period and it’s in the terms of your agreement. Ending your agreement is a simple process: you can log into your online account (myregus.com) and click on Accounts > Products and services > End Agreement. Your termination will be automatically confirmed by email.

Offices and onsite staff are good but…
Offices and onsite staff are good but their systems are terrible. Revenue from unauthorised transactions and people just not checking what they’re paying will be massive. Be sure to check and when you find mistakes, don’t assume they’ll do what they say.
Thanks your updated response. However, after being advised, on at least 4 seperate occasions, that you have refunded the over billing, we’re now two months since Regus took unauthorised amounts from our credit card and still nothing has actually been refunded.

Rekenen buitensporige extra kosten
Rekenen buitensporige kosten voor de eindschoonmaak en herstelkosten. Voor een kantoorruimte van een paar vierkante meter, die amper is gebruikt, meer dan 200 euro schoonmaakkosten rekenen is bizar. Wanneer je om een uitsplitsing van de kosten vraagt dan duurt het een eeuwigheid voordat ze die geven. Ondertussen proberen ze het bedrag al meermaals af te schrijven, terwijl de discussie nog bezig is en ze geen uitsplitsing opsturen.
Ook zijn de schoonmaakkosten per vierkante meter ineens hoger dan waar akkoord voor is gegeven. Ze wijzigen gewoon eenzijdig de voorwaarden.
EEN ABSOLUTE AFRADER DUS!
Zo te zien zijn wij niet de enige met dergelijke ervaring...

Het spijt me te horen van je ontevredenheid.
We bieden onze herstelservice aan alle klanten aan om tijd en geld te besparen, samen met de frustratie van het omgaan met meerdere externe leveranciers zoals IT- en telefoontechnici. Toen u naar uw kantoor verhuisde, hebben we ervoor gezorgd dat alles in orde was en klaar voor gebruik. We doen hetzelfde bij elke klant en deze service maakt deel uit van uw overeenkomst. Namens uw Community team wil ik u mijn excuses aanbieden als dit niet aan u is uitgelegd.
Een lid van mijn team heeft contact met u opgenomen om u van de resterende informatie te voorzien.

In my case, they keep the money without activating any service.
Customer service is miserable.
