Advertised as Universal but would not work on temperpedic bed. Won’t accept return of brand new item. This company is stealing from the ill and disabled. Do not do business with this company! Spread the word!

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and the customer care associate, Jeffer, was very helpful with a question I had about returns.

I ordered a shower wheelchair for my wife supposedly it was going to take 15 business days to arrive, we are in day 36 I don’t think it should take over a month to ship within United States I asked for a refund but reading reviews I doubt I ll get it. Not worth it order from a honest company.
