Bout key chain for daughter as a gift for her new house, however, I can’t give it to her as it is awful. The plastic is scratched and does not represent the picture in any way. I paid a lot of money to be disappointed and completely let down. This company are scammers!

I was not satisfied with the product and after taking to customer service they graciously agreed to give me a refund. They have been very accommodating and I appreciate them.

I also received a miniature schnauzer key chain and a christmas ornament from this scam company for $38.00.
I read the 2 previous reviews and as stated it showed on their website the items were shown as 3d like the dog was in a shell laying down asleep Keychain and the other item the same but like the dog was sitting in the ornament with its feet out and his body was in the ornament.
Actually they were cheap plastic with picture of the dog. I wouldn't have paid $.50 for this junk. I got ripped off!

I , like many others fall for the fals advertisement of a key ring which wouldnt cost more than 50p . However because of their deceitful picture I paid £22.
Fruad It is shameful act

I bought a key ring and with postage I paid £22. It was compressed paper, probably worth £2. I could have sobbed, I was so disappointed. I emailed them several times and they said I could return it to an address up country, which had closed down. In the end they had their cheap keyring back and my money. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
They have replied to this and left the same nonsense 'lip service ' they were using when they refused to return my money. It's a pity they don't have any understanding. They have no address and no email. Why's that then? I can't state enough, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Totally deceiving. Looks like a lovely 3D key ring on the ad - the key ring received was a cheap and nasty low quality print on rubbish plastic. Worth nothing as I would never have paid anything for such a nasty piece of garbage. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I should have read the reviews before ordering…everyone else had the same experience…

I cannot believe the difference between the advertised picture and the real thing. Very DECEPTIVE! It is a flat piece of plastic with a not so good picture printed on it. If I was a generous person, I would value it at £2.99 . I paid £17.99. I have just put myself on the top of the idiot list.

Scam disgusting never got a refund spent over £65.00 ! Returned items spent more money on postage. Emails sooo many attitude from staff please avoid this company. Can anyone advise how I can get any money back as I am totally at a loss!

Do not give this sham company your money, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, I bought 2 key chain items at approx 18 pounds each, when they arrived they were nothing like the photo, complete scam or rip off, they should be closed down immediately.

Key ring of my son's beloved pet was so poor I could have cried.
Advertising picture is edited to look like it's 3 dimensional when the reality is a flat piece of chinese plastic very poorly cut.
Given the item is generally to commemorate a dog's passing it relies heavily on emotive purchase.
