Relay (brick lane) they put my shipping label on someone else’s parcel, and as a result, the buyer received the wrong item. I lost both the item and the money from the sale.

What utter Muppet thinks it's ok to be ringing the doorbell repeatedly at 10pm to deliver a bloody parcel?! At 10pm?! What in the capitalistic hellscape can be important enough that you need to wake up the whole building to give me a stupid parcel??!!!! Email said expected delivery tomorrow but no, the driver decided SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK!
Can't keep to time!!
They give you a time which always changes and my Shein parcel is now saying it will be delivered today and it's 9.45pm. Don't be ringing my doorbell after 10pm.
They are the worst, at least eith Evri they are mostly on time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Beyond terrible service. Why do companies use these below par cowboy operatives?? They multiply faster than gremlins in a swimming pool.

If I could give a minus score I would. Only 7% of parcels sent are actually delivered……….the rest are “lost” - no doubt re sold on Vinted. If you have any common sense avoid this company like the plague.

They have delivered to wrong place the photo was of who knows what proving they delivered ???? I contacted them via the Tracking service no response 5 days later terrible service would avoid only rated one as zero not an option

They literally never try to deliver your item. I'm at home all day and was waiting for my parcel to get notification that delivery attempt failed. Excuse me? I'm literally at home waiting, no doorbell no phone call nothing. And the worst part their customer service don't have phone number so they cant even call driver and tell him to go back. I don't understand how companies use them. They are WORSE than Evri!

Absolute joke, don’t follow instructions and just leave parcels outside in view of passers by without even ringing the doorbell to see if you’re in.

What an awful company. I was told my delivery would be delivered on 5th June, it's now 11th June. I have emailed a few times and messaged but no response. Even the retailer can't get any answer. Avoid this company I will no longer use any company that uses Relay.

This is the worst delivery company, send out notifications of delivery times and they are never within that time frame and I mean by hours out. Dont even knock - useless

Parcel missing / indefinitely delayed
Parcel was marked as out for delivery, never arrived then was marked as delayed.
Said I'd get an update which has not happened, reached out to customer service multiple times and had no response. It's been days at this point, and a week since my parcel mysteriously went missing.

Worse company ever absolute joke. Waiting all day for my delivery. As they kept charging the time. Only to say it would be delivered by 11pm. No delivery company should be coming out at the time of night with people and children being in bed. Not that they even turned up had me waiting up to just say at 11pm that there was a delay and they would be in contact in the next 72 hours. As they was busy even though they had said a hour before they would be with me any minute now for over half hour. There is no way to contact them. You have to put a request in and wait upto 72 hours for a reply. With any luck after reading about this company they will go out of business asap. Very bad customer service and very bad service altogether

If i could give it minus stars i would, what a joke of a company, they've had my parcel for 6 days, was apparently out for delivery on the 2nd day, never turned up, has said delayed for 5 days on the tracking, I've sent 4 emails and not had a single reply i hope i never have to deal with this company again, absolutely disgusting behaviour!

joke of a delivery service. package my brother bought me has been pushed back because the delivery driver wouldnt wait a minute for someone to let him into my accommodation and then when he told my brother i could collect it from him with id, decided that he had other deliveries to send and drove off in less than a minute! i live in student accommodation, deliveries HAVE to go through reception and this guy wouldnt accept that
