Reliable Hardware Opiniões

Quality parts, quick service, easy ordering.

the guys made sure I got just what i needed!

All good! Positive experience.

Good products and materials, building my second road case at half the price of buying one from a store.

fast shipping, great product.

They have an amazing variety of anything you'd want for equipment and gear. I opted to build my own rack for some audio gear in my home office/studio space. RH matched or beat prices of competitors. Their selection is vast and well organized. They shipped my order fast.

I'm looking forward to the next project - a custom Bass Guitar hard case - and using RH to get everything I need.

I messed up a length I ordered in some tongue and groove and they fixed that right away! Also I was missing a few ball ends and instantly shipped them out! Love the costumer service and the prices! Definitely will order from Gene and reliable hardware again!

Got the custom sized grill I needed very quickly.

They are always the best!

The product met my expectations. Was the right size and installed easily. Will definitely use this seller my business again .

The break apart extruded alum road case hardware is harder than hell to break apart without bending it or damaging it.

I have ordered few times and had a positive experience. However the last order was not packaged well and the custom grills came bent at the edges.

I’m very pleased with your website, your product offerings, your pricing, payment, and the prompt fulfillment process.

One critique - my order included 14”rack rails. When your shop cut them to length from longer stock they did not touch up the paint on the cut ends. I emailed the provider and got a prompt reply with an apology for the unpainted ends. It was okay as I was able to touch the ends up myself with a rattle can of spray paint.

So I needed a custom speaker grill for a project I was doing. A quick Google search landed me at Reliable Hardware's website. Unsure of a couple of details I called them and spoke to a very knowledgeable rep who pointed me in the right direction. Ordering on the website was easy enough. The shipping charges were a bit more than I expected, but after I received the package I understood why. They did a great job packing it to protect it from damage. Overall it was a very positive experience.

easy to order .. quality parts as described!

Will not recommend this place

Excellent products. Great packing. I always bought from this company and they are professional dealing with customers.

Great product, timely shipping and well packaged. Would order from them again.

Always great quality. Reasonable prices. Great Selection.

Great Products. Reliable Hardware is the only place I get material for road cases. Love the black hardware and the casters are tough and smooth.
