We replaced one old washing machine with a slim HYE, received a week ago and decided to order a second one delivered yesterday. Both machines self installed and worked perfectly. Reliant communications brilliant and Chloe responded with professional courtesy to our queries, top marks for excellent service.

Fantastic value and great service
Bought a HYE washing machine from Reliant. Never heard of HYE - Chinese apparently - but if you need the slimmest 7kg machine on the market then there is not much choice. Our original order was cancelled at the last minute as it was on 'back order' but they offered an alternative at a discount and stuck with the agreed next day delivery date. The washing machine was delivered less than 24 hours later and at the time agreed and to be honest so far we are extremely impressed with the HYE machine. Knocks spots off our old Bosch....but it was 21 years old. Fantastic value and great service from Reliant.

Placed an order and paid for Saturday…
Placed an order and paid for Saturday delivery. On the Friday before, I get an email stating delivery is for Monday, despite the order confirmation of Saturday delivery.
Chased Reliant, customer service said they would ring me back. They didn't. I had to ring back 3 hours later, only to be told, Saturday delivery is confirmed.
Saturday afternoon, received an email stating Monday delivery.
Very poor Customer service, and still waiting for the Saturday delivery refund. First time buying from Reliant, I would have to really think about buying from them again.

Poor customer service rude person on…
Poor customer service rude person on call not cooperative. Came across very rude manner kept me on hold for 20 mins just to repeat what he was already saying was not listening to what I was saying. I would not recommend these guys to anyone too much headache
