Outstanding service, the 2 lads that came to my place tonight were exceptional, highly recommend this team

This was the second time we used Reloku for our move, and both times we had an amazing experience. We encountered a small issue with our booking this time, but it was addressed and resolved very quickly, and everything went smoothly on the moving day. On both occasions, we had a very heavy glass table, but the team handled it professionally and with great care. The entire experience was very positive both times, and if we move again, we will definitely choose Reloku.

Highly recommended Valent and his team members were problem solvers with very heavy book boxes (about 50 large boxes) and difficult furniture (which could not be dissembled) to manoeuvre including a massive very heavy glass cabinet and very large sofa up to the first floor when others would have given up after the first attempt. Very poilite and timely and happy to assist whnever necessary such as coming back for missing screws and dumping boxes etc.

Really clear and seamless booking process. Ntenis was polite and let us know when he was due to arrive so everything was ready. The whole move was a world ahead of other removal companies I've used previously. Would definitely use Reloku again.

I had such a positive experience from start to finish: completely stress-free! Everybody I spoke to was really professional and kind, the whole team was very accommodating of any last minute changes (change of date and time). The driver (Valentin) showed up perfectly on time, he helped me carry my things up the stairs, was careful, and very efficient. I was able to travel in the van which was also a great experience.

They carried 14 boxes from the flat to the truck and onto storage. Clearly they've been doing this and doing it well as it was all seamless. Would highly recommend them for future moves

Just wanted to pop on here and say the Relōku experience was fantastic from start to finish. Great communications from the office, ahead of the move, everything trackable on the App inc the whereabouts of Van & Drivers on the day of the move. The two guys Ntenis & Mustapha were amazing! They went above and beyond, really helpful, handled everything with respect and care. I can’t fault the service at all. Would highly recommend & will definitely use them again in the future. Don’t waste your time googling around - Use Relōku and you’ll thank me later 😊

Reloku were FANTASTIC. I asked them to move three sofas and take one of them to another location and the other two to another location and it was seamless. Valentin & Dennis were excellent, very careful and very swift with their work. I would use Reloku again and again for any of this work. Thanks very much!

Reloku moved my art equipment from East to West London and they were fantastic. Valentin and Mustafah were very careful with delicate equipment and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great service in all aspects, from booking till super professional helpers.

We had a bad experience leaving our family home last year, with careless clumsy rude removal men. We were nervous when we moved this time as we had four different places to transport to and reloku proved to be a different league. Valentin, Francisco and Denis were careful, kind and patient; we have used them repeatedly since. Mark in the office is so accomodating and is well represented by his guys on the ground.

Very satisfied. Mark organised it all seamlessly and was a good communicator, the fellas Fancisco and Valentin (and Dennis for the morning) were all very helpful and friendly, and it was all relatively painless and entirely damage-free. Would definitely recommend.
