Disappointing experience! First time I’ve felt the need to leave negative feedback. My car broke down within a few days with an intermittent connection to the ECU, and erratic behaviour from the ICV and temperature sensors.

Was told it wasn’t anything to do with the remap, so bought the tools and equipment to investigate myself. Found a sticky, paste residue smeared over the ECU circuit board which I had to get cleaned and tested; car then worked perfectly. Was then told the work was actually carried out by a different company, Viezu Technologies. I asked for compensation but got nothing.

Chris has worked miracles with my A6. He has put a stage 1 on my A6 and the difference is unbelievable the car is so much more responsive and much quicker. The economy has also improved massively! Overall the car is so much better to drive.

Chris turned up exactly on time, was very good at explaining exactly what he was doing and quickly put my mind at rest whilst he got to work. The results were great too. Initially, I had some issues on the test drive - which Chris immediately diagnosed as a faulty coil pack which had come to light since the extra power was released. He even offered to fit it with me! The next day it was replaced and the test drive was great. RemapKing has another very satisfied customer.

Just picked up my car and within 3 hours I was managed to be booked in for a stage 1. Chris really knows his stuff and really understands exactly what it is your looking to get out of your car. Would recommend Chris to anyone looking to remap their car. Thanks again
