Great range, service & unique sweet treats
Had a birthday voucher to spend so went shopping on the website. So many yummy things I was spoiled for choice. Awesome to have access to some sweets and treats that I have not had since I was a kid. Very highly recommend going to a walk down a nostalgic sweets street.

I've ordered through RSS a few times…
I've ordered through RSS a few times now. I have a friend in Aus who LOVES the Mega Sour lollies so I send him some every now and again as a surprise. Easy to order via the website, never had any trouble with delivery or quality of the goods. They arrive in a little box, sometimes with an extra freebie in there. It's great. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, poor product
The customer service side, was awesome. I purchased online, there was good communication on delivery time frames the box arrived pretty fast, was well packaged and presented, with some bonus little Hersey's kisses which was a nice touch. It was all downhill from there. The gumball machines didn't work and broke almost immediately which is pretty disappointing to a kid. The rest of the order, my kids didn't like either which is pretty grim when it was supposed to be a nice surprise for them. I tried the remaining candy - it wasn't just them, it ended up in the bin.

Fast and prompt postage for a start. Website was easy to use.
A bought 2 big 2kg bags on the sour water melon as my kids love love love them, and we couldn't find any in the whole town where we live.
Anyway, "they don't taste like the other ones" came from the kids. Bugga!!
The remarkable's sweet shop let me return the un opened bag! How kind! How understanding!
