Zo and his team were fantastic to work…
Zo and his team were fantastic to work with. We are a parish collaborative and needed a better and easier phone system in order to help navigate parishioners to whom they needed to speak with and utilize the staff's time as efficiently as possible. We have saved so much time and money switching to RemiPBX, and have recommended it to other churches to do the same. Anything we need customized on a whim, Zo and his team are always quick to respond and assist us. The customer service is here and so are the savings and quality. From start to finish they helped guide us to make the best decisions from clearly top notch experience.

The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding, and their product was exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased with the service from this business. They always go above and beyond to help. Ruth, Blake and the entire team are exceptional.

Remi PBX, specifically Ruth DiGiovanni answered all my questions in a thorough and timely manner when we were signing up with Remi PBX. Ruth was extremely helpful with suggestions on how we should setup up our extension layout and company voice recording. The actual installation of our 18-unit phone system was seamless and all happened in just a few hours. We even got the phones included with our 3-year agreement ! I would recommend RemiPBX.

My phone system died suddenly a couple…
My phone system died suddenly a couple of weeks ago. My old phone provider was slow to respond so I called Remi PBX. They pre-programmed my new phones and had them installed in just a couple of days! Not only that, but my monthly bill went down. Included in the service is continuous tech support if we need it!!!

We have used them for a few years now and have never had any problems with the equipment or service itself. I would highly recommend them to any business, small or large, you would still get the great customer service

The RemiPBX team delivers outstanding IT support that is reliable and exceeds expectations. The installation of the VOIP phone has been a lifesaver to me and my cellphone. I switched from Verizon to RemiPBX last…
I switched from Verizon to RemiPBX last year and I am so glad I did. I have had no issues, the phones are easy to use and I can call/receive phone calls from my office number from anywhere that I am at. The customer service is exceptional. I can't say enough on how happy we are!
