Regret this purchase - extremely disappointed

I purchased hair from your Menlyn Main store and after the first wash, I was advised that the quality is not good and not worth the price. I returned to the store requesting a refund, but I was told only an exchange was possible.

I felt pressured into selecting another unit, however, the replacement has the same issues it sheds, tangles, and looks synthetic.

Appalling service

You are far from improving if you justify very obvious things. You will still hear from me and it won’t be via surveys or social media.

I am taking you on professionally. You don’t get to take people’s hard earned money and not own up to your low quality product.

The bangs on the wig are few and I can…

The bangs on the wig are few and I can hardly call them bangs because they don't even cover the forehead, they simply are parted strands. Very difficult to style. I thought I was getting a beautiful bob wig with bangs, I was painfully mistaken.
