The remote wasnt working initially, so I let RW.
They got back to me with instructions to remedy.
Now it works.
I only wish that the instructions were included with the remote.

Do not waste your time and more importantly your money with this bunch of con artists.
Advertise specific remote controls and then send you some £3.00 load of crap.
Tell you it will work if you program it.
Absolute nonsense, how can a remote for a TV work with a hifi system.

The remote was the only one I could find for my TEAC sound system. It work fine but for one function. I reported this to the vendor and they have been very persistent in finding a solution so that the remote now does everything I want it to. I would definitely recommend this vendor

I purchased a remote that didn't work as promised through their online advertising. I asked for a return and refund. I was told to break the remote in half, send a photo of it and they would refund me so I did. They never responded back. !#$%&&

I bought a remote for my Panasonic PV7451 VCR as the remote that came with it on amazon was missing functions that I need. The remote does not work with it and I have no idea if there are any program codes for it because they have a preset program through an app which does not work for the device that it needs to.

The remote is very solide and has a good feeling holding it. As the remote arrived it wouldn't work so I contacted the support. I got immediate response and very helpful assistance, by downloading an app, input my ordernumber and then activate my remote once again. It works perfectly. Very convenient and easy.

Took a little while to arrive but it works fine with my Yamaha KX 580 cassette deck. Given how hard it is to find original remotes for these, I'm very happy.

The remote control arrived in good condition and as described. I needed some assistance from customer service and they were extremely helpful and sorted everything out relatively fast.

Ils se mis en quatre pour me dépanner pour une télécommande acheté il y a quatres mois .
Tous ça pour me rendre compte que le problème venait du téléviseur, donc il m'ont programmé pour une autre télé et ça fonctionne parfaitement. Merci et bravo 👍

They have deliver a remote that doesn't work. Beside they are asking to return it to them in China while paying the fees myself! They are a bunch of scammer. I hardly recommend not dealing with them

Entreprise très réactif,quand j'ai reçu la télécommande,elle ne fonctionnait pas,je leur ai envoyé un message pour leur dire de me la changer,mais il m'ont envoyé un lien pour pouvoir la reprogrammer, maintenant, elle fonctionne très bien.

Ce qui avait très bien commencé s’est mal terminé.
J’ai demandé une télécommande devant être accordée à un preamplif Audio refinement.
On m’a dit que cela était possible. J’ai reçu une télécommande dont le faisceau IR ne fonctionnait pas. On m’a assez rapidement envoyé une 2eme télécommande, elle aussi affectée du même problème. J’ai expédié les preuves vidéos, comme demandé. Réponse: renvoyez les 2 articles pour remboursement POSSIBLE après vérification. ce qui me coûte plus de 90$, plus que la valeur des 2 télécommandes et sans être assuré du remboursement. C’est loin de Amazon! Je me retrouve maintenant avec 2 télécommandes non fonctionnelles. Ça a donc mal fini.

Ich habe an einem Sonntag um 19:45Uhr online bestellt und am Dienstag konnte ich schon mein Paket von der Packstation abholen. Man hat auch freie Auswahl, welcher Paketdienst beauftragt werden soll. Die Ersatz-Fernbedienung für meinen Integra-Receiver wurde sofort erkannt und konnte ohne jegliche Probleme in Betrieb genommen werden.
