We’ve been storing our belongings with them for about three years, after a move to the US. The service was impeccable, from the collection and wrapping at the property, to storage and delivery coordination. The partners they worked with for export into the EU after we moved again were also very professional. Definitely recommended!

Dream moving team
The team were incredibly professional, thoughtful, patient and totally unphased by carrying our boxes up across four levels. They carried, constructed and assembled our furniture with care and precision. They were careful not to damage walls when moving large furniture up the stairs. They asked us to review their work and check nothing was missed. They even helped us with an additional job to move some chairs to another location. I will be recommending this company to everyone! Thank you so much for making our moving day so much less stressful!

Phone booth removal - Amazing Milosz and Charlie
We needed a phone booth moved and we decided to go with Removals and Storage Experts. We had the amazing Charlie and Milosz attend the site and they were so efficient and did such a great job. There were issues with the electricals and they had a specialist on site within 45 minutes. The level of attention and professionalism was through the roof. We are a busy office space and they were so considerate of the works not disturbing our clients, which was so appreciated. Would 100% recommend and we will be using them in the future!

I was only supposed to use them for…
I was only supposed to use them for 2months but turned into 7 months very professional came in stored all our items gym equipment ie 2 treadmill and the whole nine yards we now have our items secured with no damage to anything I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, great team
I used removals and storage experts on two occasions, firstly to pack up my apartment and put everything in to storage and then to re-deliver everything a month later. I can’t speak highly enough of the service. The collection was carried out by Patryk and Charlie, and the redelivery by Charlie and Pawel. On the redelivery, I had issues with the new apartment and the guys were incredibly patient, flexible and understanding and helped me to think through a solution so that I could move forward. This was way above and beyond the expected service, but I’m so very grateful for it. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic removal company
We moved house a few weeks ago and used Removals and Storage Experts. They did an exceptional job, as the move was not straight forward. We had to move some items to Cambridge, other items back to London and have them stored for a night, then the rest of the stuff went from Highbury to Bethnal Green. Throughout the move, Chris and his team were helpful and thoughtful and had great communication with us. The removal men were polite and efficient and even carried two heavy sofas over a wall. They also refunded me for the unused boxes which they took back. I would highly recommend this company. Rebecca.
