He quickly fixed my issues giving me peace of mind.
He quickly solved my problem, which removed my stress. I was very worried it could be a hardware issue, like a bad mouse chip (had troubleshooted all my USB ports and tried many different mice. The computer is fairly new, and I was worried I would have to ship it off for repairs.

Both of them helped an old man with the tech, problem he had. The lady who answered most of my questions, knew her limitations and transferred me to a technician that could help. Both of them resolved my tech. issue I had. And both of them were very polite.

Tech support was great
Tech support was great. When the first person couldn't resolve it, tech tried to call and then emailed me and waited until I was able to respond. Any issues were solved quickly and the problem was dealt with well. Thank you to James R.
