According to our records, our Customer Support team re-established communication with you in February to review your application. Prior to that, we were unable to identify any unanswered emails through our official support channels.

Regarding the suggestion to transfer to other programs or destinations, this option is sometimes presented when program conditions change or when alternative opportunities may better suit an applicant’s situation. These options are entirely voluntary and are never mandatory.

Refund requests are handled according to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.

For clarity, Renaissance Open Border Solutions does not sell job placements, nor do we force clients to move between countries. We provide recruitment and visa support services based on opportunities made available by partner employers and evolving immigration regulations, which can change during the process and are clearly explained to clients in advance.

Regarding refunds, our refund policy is transparently stated in our signed service agreements. In cases where a program cannot proceed as initially planned, we review each situation carefully and, where applicable, refunds are processed accordingly. Many clients whose cases were closed have received their refunds successfully.

We strongly encourage anyone with unresolved concerns to contact us directly so we can review their case based on facts and documentation rather than general statements.

We remain committed to operating professionally, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Please note, however, that under our policy, and your signed agreement, any withdrawal during the process including emergency cases are considered voluntary withdrawals. In such situations, while a refund is not possible, we can freeze your application so that you may continue once your circumstances allow.

To clarify, your email was responded to on July 31st at 4:11 PM Dubai time, so it has not been neglected.
Since joining our program, you have also:

-Completed your online training,
-Taken part in mock interviews to prepare for your final assessment,
-Received study materials for your final interview, and
-Joined our group video update call with the recruiter on July 17th, where you received the latest status directly.

Please note that refund criteria are clearly outlined in your contract and were approved by you prior to signing. Our priority remains to guide you through the agreed process and support you every step of the way.
