Polite engineer, work was clean and tidy, Informed me of what he was doing and how to look after my boiler and what to look out for.

The purpose of the visit was to service my boiler and the engineer who came to do it was the same person as the previous year and as in the past he was very cheerful and polite. After he had completed the work he gave me a detailed report on what he had done and why plus sound advice on what I should do if a future problem arose. Based on my experience over two years I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
