I'm constantly being spammed by this website. I actually never signed up for it. Constantly getting emails from them about them about things I am completely not interested in and never signed up for.

Illegally spamming. Numerous federal law violations on website. Don't book. You will likely lose your money!

New Rentalo website is really nice, I heard they were back online and took over by some bigger company. I took a look at the site and there's loads of options on there. Even from a UK perspective when I go to America next year I'll be taking a look.

Don't bother listing with Rentalo. In the 3 years we've listed with them, we've had ZERO actual bookings. By comparison, we also have the unit listed on HomeAway and TripAdvisor those sites have given us HUNDREDS of combined actual bookings.

The biggest disappointment for me has been Rentalo's customer service. Their rep was super attentive when they were trying to sell us on their premium sponsored listing. Three years later I feel like a sucker that got played for a fool. Once I paid for the sponsored listing and Rentalo had my money, all the problems started. Among the many issues, the calendar syncing function with HomeAway is broken. I've asked several times over to have them fix it and they would periodically say they are looking at it but several years later, it's still broken and still not working. The broken calendar sync is a problem because it leads to a lot of false leads...I receive guest inquiries that never would have made it through had their calendar sync been working so it's a big waste of time for me as an owner. The few remaining valid inquiries that do come along for our unit are very poor, low quality inquiries, and are usually folks who want a rental rate substantially below what we can get in the open market. Their customer service has now disappeared now that I am well beyond their sponsored one-year period that produced ZERO bookings. They say that they would continue marketing my unit until I've made the money I paid for the sponsored listing back. Based on their track record, I'm not holding my breath. Stay far away from this scam of a company.

My vacation rental property had too many open dates! That is when I started to look for a website to advertise and hope to get some bookings.
I found Rentalo.com and was pleased that they offered to feature my property ( with unlimited pictures) and most importantly, I could communicate directly with the traveler and answer all their questions.
Rentalo.com allows me to receive unlimited inquiries, get unlimited calls and reservations with their subscription option.
I am very happy with Rentalo.com!
