From the first step of speaking with Will Noonan on a call to verify the process and equipment, to each and every step of the experience it has been Perfect. Will was extremely professional, polite and patient and explained everything.
The equipment arrived as advised, in perfect working order, packed excellent. Simple to use and pack up and return. I used the equipment for no more than 5minutes but it solved my issue and the whole process was effortless.

I was skeptical about Rental Tools Online since the name seems a bit sketchy/generic.
However, it went great! Highly recommend to anyone. Tool was shipped quickly, email communications were clear, and return was simple.
Just be respectful and clean the tools, and you should have a good experience!

Will Noonan was awesome in explaining everything to make the best choice for our application... which was lifting/leveling a cottage where part of one of the beams was resting right on the ground so it only required minimal digging to fit the airbag under the beam for lifting. My first time using air bags and they worked fantastic! Very impressed! The other contractor on the job said: "I'm getting some of those!!"
