Good Product that I could not get anywhere else
Pricing and shipping were high
It was not explained well and part of it was my fault for not getting the details of how much daily charges were compared to weekly rental.
I should have had it delivered on Wednesday instead of Friday. I had to pay 30% more because I kept it one additional day from weekly rental.
Other than that - product worked well

Phenomenal Customer Service
So, it seemed like so many things went wrong that were, for the most part, out of RTO's control. They lost power to their warehouse for over a day so they were unable to process and ship orders. I had placed my order that morning before sales knew of the outage. This was also a time sensitive order. I had purchased 2 Day Express shipping on a Wednesday to arrive by Friday. With the power outage, they couldn't ship until Thursday and then the shipping cost would greatly increase due to Saturday drop. They were unable to cover that extra cost. I pushed my work to Tuesday, and they said they could for sure get the equipment to me by then. It seems like they must have gone ahead and covered my 2 Day shipping cost because both items arrived by Sunday midday. The customer service I received from multiple people was just outstanding, and they did everything in their power to keep my costs down. The equipment worked perfectly as well.

Perfect experience for shipping to Canada
Perfect. Ordered four subsalve underwater lift bags for my boat lift, for shipment to Atlantic Canada, via FEDEX and was flawless and earlier than promised; always like it when a company under promises and over delivers. Certainly better than the other way around....looking forward to using them to remove my boat lift in October, but the bags look super strong and durable. Hunter and his team are great we were on a underwater recovery and needed one more bag to complete the lift what we found out after hrs
I left him a msg on his office voicemail and took the chance they had one to rent my guys showed up at 8am they sent our bguys out with brand new 4880 in the box and in an hr later we were setting and ready to float the vehicle We appreciate there super fast service great guys there we definitely recommend them 100%
