We’re very sorry to read this and completely understand how upsetting it must feel to see unexpected payments taken, especially after you believed your trial had been cancelled.

Please be assured that subscription charges are only generated if an active membership remains on the account. If a cancellation is completed successfully, no further payments should occur. That’s why we would really like to review your account in detail and see exactly what happened in your case.

If you previously contacted us and have not seen a reply, please also check your spam or junk folder in case our response was filtered there.

Rentaroo is a legitimate rental platform, and all pricing — including trial fees and subsequent subscription renewals — is clearly displayed during sign-up and confirmed before payment. The renewal charge only applies if the subscription is not cancelled within the trial period, in line with the Terms & Conditions accepted by the user at registration.

Our listings are provided by landlords, property managers, and estate agencies. Rentaroo does not own or manage these listings, and it is the responsibility of the listing owners to keep their ads up to date. However, we provide the option to report any listings directly on our site that you believe are inaccurate, so we can investigate and take action if necessary. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Regarding listings, our listings come from landlords, property managers, and estate agencies. We do not own or manage these listings, and their availability can change quickly. Keeping listings up to date is the responsibility of the listing owners; however, we are truly sorry that this was something you encountered.
