Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that your car rental experience didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to provide our vehicles in perfect condition, and we sincerely apologize for the dust issue inside the car — this situation has been noted and addressed to improve our internal quality control.

We offered a refund for your rental. As per our company policy, refunds are processed within 21 days after the end of the rental period to account for any potential fines, tolls, or official notifications that may arrive with a delay. In your case, a traffic fine was issued during the rental period and was deducted from the final refund amount, along with standard fees, in full compliance with our policy. In this situation, we did our best to assist you and to speed up the process. The refund was sent to you on November 3.

We treat every client with respect and always review each situation individually. We’ll take this case as an opportunity to improve and make sure our service stays at a high level.

Good first impression

I would recommend Rentico if you are in Dubai. We were looking for a company that wouldnt hassle us to leave a deposit (that we perhaps wouldn’t get back), budget friendly and competitive that had the option of collection and delivery from our hotel/airport. Importantly, the feedback from other customers needed to be robust.

We had a seamless transaction, with ease of quick communication through WhatsApp. This is helpful if you don’t have much data on your phone and want to avoid roaming costs.

Choosing a car was hassle free as there were many options according to the budget. We paid reasonable fees for the no deposit option, and also for a driver to collect at the airport at 10pm. The car was fuel efficient.

The only negatives we had were
1) We are non-smokers and the car smelled very strongly of smoke.
2) We had a low budget car which had a lot of scratches/damage but we documented it and so did the driver. We were not falsely accused of any new damages (I was worried about this from reviews of other rental car companies)!
3) It would be helpful if all the cars had built in satnavs to avoid us using lots of data on WAZE to get around.

Overall I would recommend and definately use them again when I’m in Dubai. This was a good first impression.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly car rental in Dubai, I highly recommend Rentico

I needed an economical car for a month in Dubai, and Rentico had the best price I could find. I rented a KIA FORTE, and it was just what I needed – reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable for getting around the city.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The car was ready when I arrived, clean, and in good condition. I also appreciated that there were no hidden fees, just a straightforward, affordable rental.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly car rental in Dubai, I highly recommend Rentico. OK service and unbeatable prices 👌
