Thank you for organising the remote viewing of the property, overcoming issues during the negotiation, professionally preparing the property and immediately resolving minor maintenance issues at check-in. As managing and letting agents for the properties in the building Rent My Home select compatible tenants and I have had no problems with neighbours.

Recently there have been two major issues. First, a breakdown of the lift needing major repairs; within eight hours of being notified a professional assessment was made and an appropriate repair team resolved the issue within 48 hours. Second, my fridge-freezer suddenly stopped working. Rent My Home was notified on Monday morning and delivery of a new unit was ready for Thursday. Considering that the landlord has to be involved, a white goods supplier with an available unit has to be found and delivery logistics organised on short notice, this was an exceptional feat -- a great job Niraj!

As a tenant I feel well served by Rent My Home and if I were ever to invest in property in Leicester I would surely ask them, as a landlord, to manage my lettings.

I had a viewing with Kristian on the 26th of July, it was exceptional felt like I was chatting with a very knowledgeable friend. The overall experience was amazing and I was sold on the flat .

I moved to the apartment more than 1 year ago and we have had a couple of issues with the flat that Niraj it’s been prompt on resolving.

Despite the fact that our rent it’s gone up compared to the first year, it’s been quite fair and I recommend the agency.

They are always ready to help. Raj in particular is an amazing part of the team. Alex as usual is professional and Debbie always reliable. Don't use anyone else. Their price is reasonable, guarantee rent and are reliable and accessible.

This company has a diamond employee in the Leicester office called Niraj Shah, who, by some miracle, organised a replacement toilet to be delivered and fitted for me on a Saturday (19/11/22) within literally a few hours of my calling him. This issue had become urgent as no one else in the office had sorted this out over a period of weeks, despite the opening to the sewer pipe being exposed all that time. Niraj deserves a decent pay rise imo!
