Very happy with the service from Rentokil. Derick came first and assessed what was required. He was excellent to deal with. Pat and Paul then came to spray the attic. The guys were very professional and did an amazing job.

I have a very stress free and friendly experience with Akos and Mandy from RentoKill. They were very easy to deal with and very thorough. Overall I was very happy with the service.

Another week has gone by and, despite Nobu contacting me on September 4th and promising to look into the details, I have still not received any update.

This level of service is extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage others to avoid using this company based on my experience. Nearly 2months have passed, and I am still waiting for both a resolution to the waps nest or a refund.

I have repeatedly requested a refund but have received no meaningful response. Meanwhile, I still have an active wasp nest at my home, and wasps continue to enter my kitchen. The issue I paid Rentokil to resolve remains completely unresolved.

What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I receive no proactive updates and have to continually chase for information, only to be met with further delays and unfulfilled promises.

Given the lack of progress and poor customer service, I have now contacted the relevant local authorities and consumer protection bodies to investigate both Rentokil's handling of this matter and the service I have received.

At this stage, I expect an immediate refund and a clear explanation as to why this issue has been allowed to continue for so long without resolution.

After 3 visits for wasp control on a dormer bungalow, the outcome was little improvement.
Individuals were friendly etc but the lack of equipment ir ladders and or effective pest control liquid or powder left us with an unsatisfactory outcome. Impossible to contact service office to resolve further.

Mariette was very thorough and professional. She had a lovely manner and took time to answer all questions and even came back for an extra visit. Top class.

Ken came to assess our home due to bedbug concerns. An absolute gent who was very thorough while being respectful of our home. Gave us great news, and lots of expert advice on how to deal any issues that may arise in future.

Had Cody to our house to deal with a pest problem. Absolute pleasure to have in our home and solved our problem very efficiently.

We are not pleased at all with service. We called someone to come and take care of a wasps nest inside the gap of a wall in our backyard. We paid through the bank upfront, as that was their policy. A full 2 weeks went by. No one turned up, even after several phone calls and voicemails. Eventually someone came out, but they did not do a sufficient job of it, as there were several wasps still coming out of the location, even after a week had passed. We called the company owner and told him this, and he stated that someone would come out this week to look at it again, at no extra charge. The whole week has gone by, and nothing. We shouldn't have to constantly chase for something we paid for in advance, only for it to then end up being a half done job! Would not recommend

The initial response was immediate, their technician, Marriette arrived promptly and explained what she intended to do to address our issue.
The service was exceptional, courteous and professional at all times.
We have not seen a rodent since.

We had Akos Sarkady come out and assess our premises from rentokil for rats as we had found a dead one. He was so professional, discreet and very thorough. During each visit he described and explained everything and came back for follow up calls exactly when he said he would. Our issue is now cleared and I would highly recommend him. However I Hope to not see him again 😃

Akos, called to us and treated our problem in a highly efficient and comprehensive manner. He explained the process to us throughout his visit and gave us valuable information based on his professional experience and considerable knowledge. He was courteous and friendly and made us feel confident in the level of service we were getting. I would recommend Akos for his exemplary attention to detail in all aspects of his profession.

I don't like any living being killed.
He did a great job in not killing the rats at the same time kept them out of the house. Good job !
